Is this package safe for a car with 110k

Im looking into saving up for a mild streetable cam, jet hot longtubes, and ported and polishing my stock heads, then finish it off with a tune from madz28.com. What else am i missing, and how much rwhp and 1/4 mile times should i expect out of this package? Im not really swimming in the money so buying AFR heads or aftermarket ones are kind of out of the question. And is it possible i could really mess up my engine it has 110k on it but i have had no mechanical problems yet, just the usual opti and maf stuff. Thanks guys i appreciate it, and what kind of streetable cam should i look into?
THANKS!

www.eportworks.com for a streetable h/c package that wont break the bank. Keep in mind all the little costs if money is an issue: gaskets, plugs, wires, roller rockers, lifters, pushrods. I just went with the LE3 package, and when all was said and done I was over 3k with all the necessary parts. Make sure not to get coolant on your opti as well, you do not want to have to replace that pile of monkey ****.

LOL i just replaced my wires and plugs, and my dad replaced my thermo, and he sprayed collant all over and some got on to the opti b4 the wires and plugs installation. I was about to break down, I just replaced my opti last october. I know the whole feeling about this stupid enginering flaw. Thanks for the site.

With the LE1 package do you think it will push my 110K motor over the edge?
And how much hp would i be loosing if i didnt use 30 pounders and the 52 MM tb? Or will it not work right?

I just spun the rod bearings on my 94 Z28 with 93k on the stock engine. I bought the car at 90k though so who knows what the previosu owner did to it... It all depends on how hard the car has been driven in the past. If it wasnt beat to hell, then you should be fine.

which bearing? theres a few on the LT1, lol

spun rod bearings require the engine to be pulled and rebuilt...so LOTS of money in parts and even more if you can't do the work yourself.

Im taking the opportunity to build a 383 stroker
