P0335 and P0336 codes

I've been trying to figure out a misfire/crappy running problem, and I finally got it scanned. Here's all the codes I got.

P0154
02 Circuit-No activity detected (Bank 2, sensor 1)

P0160
02 Circuit-No activity detected (Bank 2, sensor 2)

P0140
02 Circuit-No activity detected (Bank 1, sensor 2)

P0335
Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit

P0336
Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit
Range/Performance

Now, my question, does that just mean my crankshaft position sensors are bad/missing/unplugged? Where are they located?

By the way, this is a 94 Corvette LT1, in a 96 Trans Am. I used the T/A wiring harness, and it's still OBDII.
I'm wondering if maybe the sensors are different between the motors.. Anybody know?

94 LT1's don't have a crank position sensor. So that's the source P0335 and P0336, unless you replaced the timing cover with a 96 and up which has the sensor. The other two, all I can say is check the wiring.

So, if I were to put a 96 timing cover and sensor on this motor, it technically should work, right?

You would need the 96/97 cover, a CKP sensor, a CKP reluctor wheel, and a shorter crank hub, and a complete vented Opti swap - vented Opti, electrical harness, vacuum harness, cam with large pilot hole, a longer dowel pin and a 96/97 timing set with the larger hole in the cam sprocket. The hole for the Opti on the 96/97 timing cover is enlarged to allow for the pin drive on the vented Opti.

Or, have the codes "programmed out" with a mail order tune.

Your engine does NOT have the reluctor wheel behind the timing cover so simply changing the cover and adding a sensor will NOT fix the problem.

As for the O2's, check the under hood fuse number 10 ENG SENSOR fuse.

Then change over to an OBDI PCM and be done with nearly all the problems except Bank 2 sensor 1 which is probably wiring.

I checked the fuse, still good yet.

I'll throw in a new O2 when I get home, see if it helps the problem
Would it make it barely driveable?
