P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Update

Okay so I was getting a misfire on cylinder 4.

I changed all the plug wires on the passenger side 3 times. Then I took everybody's advice to look at the plugs even when I didn't think it could be the plug.

Well here's the plug I pulled out of cylinder 4-




I tried putting in a new plug and started it up and it started misfiring again.

I pulled that plug after less than 5 minutes and it looks like this-



Whattaya think?

u might have a bad injector looks like that cylinder is running rich... swap out an injector and see if it changes from one cylinder to another. it also looks like u r burning some oil u might also have a bad set of rings. did u check compression....?

I didn't check compression yet but yeah the plug looks like somebody dipped it in tar.
