P&P heads question and other technical stuff
i have a refreshed bottom end otherwise stock LT1 (stock pistons, rods, crank, etc.) my question is, i have a set of P&P heads on there now that are stock worked over 97 LT1 castings with these flow numbers with 2.00"in/1.56"ex valves flowed on an SF600 flow bench set to 4.0" bore at 28"s

i am running an lt4 hotcam with 1.6s (218/228 @ .525) and im running the lt4 springs and i like the heads but i have the chance to get them reworked by the same local guy since he learned some new LT1 tricks.
now i am currently running the thinner .036 head gasket and dont have any interference issues.
what i was thinking of doin though is swapping to a .600 lift spring just to be a lil safer and swapping to 2.02 and 1.60 valves and getting the heads milled .010. with 53cc CC.
now my only concern is 1. with the milled heads, thinner gaskets, and larger valves will i have any piston to valve intereference, i dont know how much room is in there. and 2. i have seen a few CR calculators on the web and i cant figure them out to save my life so could someone calculate it for me and tell me is it gonna be too much for 91 octane. thanks
and if anyone has any questions or other comments about how to better my setup let me know. heres what i got so far...
Transmission and rearend:
A4 4L60E tranny ,2400 stall, tranny cooler, & 3.42 gears
Exhaust:
no cats custom Y-pipe, Jet Hot Longtubes, 3" cutout, Flowmaster catback & deleted AIR & EGR (soon to be put back to a 2000 SS SLP muffler, cant stand the noise)
Free Mods:
deleted Mass Airflow Screen & Throttle Body Coolant Bypass
Intake:
K&N airfilter w/ factory ram air & 1LE intake elbow (also have a BBK 58mm TB and a lingenfelter CAI waiting to be put on with 4" K&N cone filter)
MISC MODS:
BBK 25% Underdrive crank pulley & overdrive alternator pulley, 160* thermostat, Holley airfoil & PCM4Less OBD1 conversion + LT4 Knock Module
Engine: currently completing a fresh rebuild at 80K, all new clevite race bearings, and plasma moly speed pro rings, stage 2 CHS P&P heads, .036" head gaske, LT4 hotcam kit, LT4 extreme duty timing chain
Ignition:
Denso Iridium Plugs
and im am also ordering a set of svo 30# injectors, a racetronics fuel pump, and am having my intake P&P'd to match the heads as well as being honed to fit the 58mm TB and being fully thermal coated to prevent heat soak.
any ideas or comments like i said let me know and really all i want is a reliable 12 sec car nothin too crazy, just something fun to drive.

so doesnt anybody on here have anything to say about this, i thought for sure injuneer, madz28, shoebox or someone would peek there head in add there .02. any comments please
