What does the cooling system look like? Radiator, electric fans? What sort of programming do you have as far as fan on/off temps? What temp thermostat does it have? Are the hoses connected correctly to reflect the "reverse flow" of the LT1 cooling system?

Your throttle stop screw has the blades open too far, OR you have a leak somewhere letting in additional air (bad intake gasket/tb gasket etc).

Your IAC counts are bottoming out at 0, so the computer is not longer in control of the idle. Try closing the blades on the TB a little, and try to get the iac counts at idle to 30-40 with the AC off. If they dont go up when you close the screw, more than likely you have a leak.

Also, is your #2 fan plugged in? I saw a DTC error for fan #2 fault, which may be the problem with the overheating, not to meantion you have the AC running with it idling really high.

Finally, are you sure the timing is correct on the motor and not retarded?
