I'd probably wait. The problems are that for one your line fo sight is no where near as good with headers. You would have a hard time knowing whether or not one of your plug wires was resting on the manifold. Second the heat shields on the manilfolds will probably get in the way as far as tryin to keep the wires off the hot spots. You can probably do it but you'll probably have multiple misfires in the near future. Just my opinion.

You can do it with the manifolds, just make sure you have plenty of zip ties handy.

I would just wait also. Not really worth the hassle imo. The manifolds will make it a lot tougher. You don't want to burn one of the wires and have to order another set.

Wait till after the header install. It will be a lot easier to do once the headers are installed. Also, the wires may need to be cut slightly different when your headers are installed.

Make sure you get headers that do not have smog connections. The AIR tubes on the headers will interfere with the front loom on both sides (Edelbrocks will anyways). I had to turn my looms up the other direction... it doesn't look bad, but it's not as clean as I would like.
