did a search cant find anything, my driver wiper rotated past my a-pillar, when i put them in the rest position, i can move the driver side up and down, not the passenegr. Is this a wiper arm problem, linkage problem, or motor problem???

 

Check to make sure the nut that holds the wiper arm down is tight. My mothers Jimmy had what sounds like a similar problem that you are having and all it turned out to be was that the nut needed to be tighten down. It is located at the bottom of the wiper arm and you have to pop off the little cap to get to it. Hope this helps.
