Our New Cam Kits, Compare The Value!!! (free limited time offer inside)

After being asked by many, many customers what is available that's similar to a Hot Cam kit but better, we've decided to offer a cam package that takes the guesswork out of buying a new valvetrain setup. As with all of our packages, you can rest assured that you'll be getting the best possible components at the best price. Unlike the Hot Cam kit, we're going to be offering different cam kits for different setups, so you'll have more options when looking at a new setup.

The kits are compromised of a Comp Cams Xtreme Energy custom ground camshaft, which are among the most powerful cams available for an LT1, our new exclusive valve springs which fit LT1 heads without machining, chromoly retainers, hardened locks, and a set of Comp Cams Pro Magnum full roller rockers. These are the same valve springs that you've been reading about, which are good to .600" lift, fit the stock heads without machining, can handle the steep ramps of the Xtreme Energy grinds, etc. Compared to the LT4 springs included in the Hot Cam kit...well, there is no comparison.

Want even more options? The standard kit comes with self aligning Pro Magnum rocker arms, but you can subsitute guideplates and non-self aligning rockers for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!!

Still not satisfied that this is the best value on the market? For 15 days (orders placed before March 12th) we are going to throw in a set of our new exclusive hardened pushrods....FREE!!!

And now for the kits.....part numbers are at the beginning of each description.

N218K
Comp Cams Xtreme Energy 218/224 Cam .528"/.536" Lift
Comp Cams Pro Magnum 1.6 Rocker Arms, Self Aligning
CM611 Valve Springs
CM126 Chromoly Retainers
CM007 7 Degree Hardened Locks
Description: This cam is great for your daily driver, with a great power band. Mild manners, but not too tame (you'll definitely know it's got a cam in it) make this cam a great all around performer. Designed for naturally aspirated engines.
RPM Range: 2400-6000

N224K
Comp Cams Xtreme Energy 224/230 Cam .536"/.544" Lift
Comp Cams Pro Magnum 1.6 Rocker Arms, Self Aligning
CM612 Valve Springs
CM126 Chromoly Retainers
CM007 7 Degree Hardened Locks
Description: Our most popular cam, and for good reason. This cam makes great power everywhere, but really shines in the midrange and top end. Makes excellent power with stock or ported heads. Not too wild for the street, but not as mild as the 218.
RPM Range: 2800-6400

S224K
Comp Cams Xtreme Energy 224/236 Cam .536"/.555" Lift
Comp Cam Pro Magnum 1.6 Rocker Arms, Self Aligning
CM612 Valve Springs
CM126 Chromoly Retainers
CM007 7 Degree Hardened Locks
Description: Designed for cars using nitrous or a supercharger, this cam will really help your power adder car breathe. Our most popular nitrous and supercharger cam, and for good reason. It makes amazing power even without the nitrous, and when you hit the button....look out.
RPM Range: 2800-6400

And now to what you've all been waiting for...price. We won't keep you waiting.

$578.00

You can subsitute any of the Comp Cams camshafts on our website for the same price, these are simply our most common cams.

Check out www.cmotorsports.com for details on the cam, and stay tuned. We've got more exclusive products coming out for LT1's, including chromoly pushrods, titanium retainers, dual valve springs, rev kits, intakes, and much much more.

Should you have any questions regarding any of these kits or anything else we carry, please feel free to give us a call. We're LT1/LS1 specialists, and our knowledge is second to none.

Great prices and combos!!! If I didn't already have a cam and supporting components, I'd be all over it.
Will you all be interested in doing a GP for your Stage 2 heads?
If you all have already done one that I missed...Will you consider doing another one anytime soon?

Thanks

Tim

Now with getting these full kits about how much would the charge be to have someone install it. Also what would the power gains be?

Kit or just cam?

Are you talking about a GP for just a cam or the kits mentioned above?

Myself and a couple of friends up here in the Toronto area are looking at installing a cam/1.6rr/springs combo this summer.

I had been convinced that the Hotcam is the best deal... especially since we can get it for a good deal up here with our club dealership discount.

It's often hard to get things shipped from the States without being raped with duty, brokerage and high shipping costs.

But your prices seem very good and may be worth the hassle to get them up here.

So a few questions:

I'm looking for this package to go on a bolt-on car (no head work) with the mods in the sig. Specifically, I was looking at the N224k package.

1. Is it emmissions legal... or would I have to go for the less aggressive Cam.

2. What gains are expected from this package? I realize the quality of the kit is superior to the Hotcam but just wondering what difference in power you would get. (I haven't heard much about the guys who have it so testimonials would be good)

3. What would shipping be to L4L 3L4 area code (or just Toronto, Canada)

Thanks in advance....... if anyone can post their experiences with any of these cams... it would probaly help a lot of guys who may want to know more and may switch from a Hotcam kit to these ones.

Thanks again.

c man asked some good questions........ hopefully cmotorsports has some good answers

I'd be in for a cam kit, im not really looking for the 1.6 roller rockers though... well .... maybe. Im in Ontario as well.

I really liked the previous deal, for $399 with the XE224/230

Now I'll never know what to do with myself!

I sent a PM with questions, and emailed. The PM may be hard to read because of the character limit.
