I'm in the middle of installing a racetronix 255 with wiring harness. The problem is I purchased this march 2005, and April 2005 they redesigned it. The instructions they have on their support forum do not match what I have. I emailed them and created a thread on their forum, but I have a feeling I won't hear back until Monday being its the weekend.

This is the last step before starting my h/c set up, but I ran into a snag. I have a new racetronix 255 w/ wiring harness, but it will not turn on. The kit is new (by new I mean I bought it years ago and it sat in its package on a shelf in my garage)

I think I have it installed correctly, but maybe not. I have pictures of everything, maybe you guys can point me in the right direction.

Did you try powering it from the fuel pump prime connector next to the PCM? That bypasses the fuel pump relay and the security interlocks.

 

I should specify, the fuel pump works just fine when I hook it up without the hotwire kit. Then issue falls where the hotwire connects to the ground and factory wiring.
