Ordering SLP 2OTL today....will it interfere with SFCs though?

Ordering SLP 2OTL today....will it interfere with SFCs though?
I promise this is the LAST time I ask this board about the 2OTL. 
I appreciate everyone's advice...due to all the great reviews of it, I'm ordering one today!!
One thing bugging me though...will it interfere with my SLP bolt on SFCs? As it is, one is already rubbing against the y pipe every now and then (if I pop the clutch too quick in reverse, or take a sharp left turn quickly)...will I have another headache with this and the SFCs? Thanks again for any help!
