its on the car.the car is not starting.my friend and i have checked everything.the only thing left is the opti.it has spark,fuel,compression,i changed the icm.ive tried everything.it cranks but wont start

 

If it has spark why do you thing it's the opti-spark?

You're not getting something. If it has fuel and spark you'll hear it. It won't sound like a dead crank

 

You've opened half a dozen threads on this same topic in the last couple days. Keep the posts in one place so people can try to help you.

 

Are the rockers properly adjusted? Is the coil good? My coil went out in the middle of my heads/cam swap for no reason.

 

im new to this site.i kept going tp new thread instead of post reply. im getting used to it.sorry.ive had 20 people on here tell me even though it has spark that it can still be the opti.ive checked everything but the opti.fuel,compression,fuses,relays,spark,coil,chan ged icm.what else is left

 

Have you considered having it scanned for codes? Lss of low res pulse pattern from the Opti will shut down the fuel system, causing non-start. I'd give you the codes, but you didn't bother to post any info about your car.... not all LT1's are the same, particularly the codes.

Suggestions:

1. Add a signature with basic info about your car - year, tranny, major mods, etc.

2. Post once, use "reply" when people respond. If you can't find your post, its probably slipped down a couple of pages. Click on the "search" button, put your screen name in the correct field, and it will find your posts for you.
