Opti rotor rubbing cap (pics inside)??

I just pulled my opti off and decided to take it apart because I've been having problems with the car stumbling. Well, I disassembled my original (131,xxx mile) opti and this one (<1000 miles) at the same time. My original didn't look bad, but some of the posts were pretty worn. When I pulled the newer one apart, I found that the rotor was rubbing the car!! What can I do to fix this? Click on picture to make it bigger. Sorry for the crappy pics, all I have is a cell phone.

In this one, you can see the wheel is rubbing as well.

This can happen when the two tiny rotor scews are backing out.

It can also happen when the dowel pin on the cam is too long.

They didn't feel lose when I took the rotor off.

I would sure hope not. I thought I didn't have to worry about that having the vented opti.

I used pieces from my old opti and have pieced together a 'super opti' (iow, one that should work correctly).

Oh but you do! That's the opti where you *need* to be worried about the dowel pin length.. remember, it's what drives the opti (non vented opti's are not driven by the dowel pin).

My buddy's cc306 ground by comp has a "too long" dowel pin.. the opti only lasted a few thousand miles before destroying itself. I shaved the dowel pin on my LE3 (ground by comp) a little bit too.

I think it is too long. I guess I'm going to mask everything off and try to cut it. I appreciate your guys' help.
