pro's are good quality, easy to install, everything match up, smog legal.

con's are over price, no big h.p. gains, hard to change #5-#6 spark plug.

not even the best shorty header out there, the only reason to get them would be to get your car smog legal in CALI

For $250 is a good price, if the headers are in good shape. I got mine for $275.

Strictly for a relatively "stock" setup... they are only 1-5/8" headers to begin with, and they are a "step" design, meaning the first couple inches of each primary is only 1-1/2" diameter, and then they add a weld bead to the port, to act as an "anti-reversion" baffle. I found they were great on low end torque, but really strangled the engine on the top end, and that's when it was a simple "bolt-on" setup.
