Question opened my optispark

I just opened up my optispark and i found yellow oil inside of it and a big burned spot on the cap.I think that yellow liquid caused a short inside the opti and messed everything up. this is my question is there supposed to be some kind of oil inside the opti?

There shouldnt be any liquid of any kind inside. And if I had mine to do over again I wouldnt have wasted the money on a cap and rotor because for 80 dollars more I got a brand new one from Dal at www.vandevere.com. 205.74 delivered.(97 vented opti)

I got cap and rotor from autozone for 120. Hopefully yours turns out better than mine did. Actually I think you can get it cheaper from jason or dal. I just grabbed them there because I figured this would be a one day project but it didnt turn out that way.
