Theres 2 open sensors my dad keeps telling me to be concerned about (the ones for the sensors) I told him its no big deal the car has all the cat/smog stuff removed but its fine right?

Impossible to even guess what you are talking about. Do you mean you've removed the EGR and AIR components, and that some of the holes where this stuff was located are not plugged off? If that's the case, you have a problem or two.
