Is it Open Loop when SES light comes on?

Car runs in closed loop while driving, and then if the SES light comes on, fans come on and it goes into open loop correct?

Also, past 75% throttle it goes into open loop as well?

Thanks.

To my knowledge you car will be in open loop when the engine is cold (not sure what temp), when the SES light is on and above a certain throttle position (not sure of %).

AFAIK, it stays in closed loop when the SES is on. It does not go into open loop at 75% throttle. High throttle will cause it to go into power enrichment mode (which a lot of people mistake for open loop).
