So my car idles pretty hard before it enters closed loop. Sometimes it can drop as low as 300 rps. Low enough to stall, as the video shows

Would there be anything obvious to you that would cause this issues? Once warmed up and it switches into closed loop the car is a dream. It just sucks waiting for it to warm up to switch over. Makes 1/4 mile tracks runs hard to do if your car sits in the pit too long

 

Couple things.... need more info - we can see it's a 4th Gen Camaro, apparently a Z28, but what year? I'm guessing it's an LT1, but I could be wrong. What modifications? Doesn't quite sound like a stock cam. If it's not stock, list the mods. "Signature" field is useful for that info.

And "Drivetrain" is for trans and rear axle topics, so let's move this to the correct engine tech forum, once you identify the engine.

When you bolted the LT4 heads on, what intake manifold did you use?

 

It's the lt4 intake as well. I don't think the lt1 would have fit anyway
