Im no cam wizard so I cant guess, but are you sure your ok letting it idle in your garage for 2 minutes...I thinki would have chocked to death on the exhaust. Sounds good though

There's no way to tell what cam you have in there by listening to an idle clip. Get it on a dyno to find the right shiftpoints then get some track times.

Sounds a little mild, but does it have cats on it? If it's a 383 and shifts at 6500, I would "guess" it's a little bigger than a Hotcam. One quesstion though, if it shifts at 6500, how do you know it revs to 7k?

Was gonna say the same thing, doesn't sound too big at all. If I had too guess I would say something in the 22x/22x range for duration on something like a 113 LSA. But there is really no way to tell for sure by listening to it.

People can guess all they want. That is never going to tell you what it really is.

You can 'hear' the difference between 0.520" lift and 0.550" lift?

Overlap is what causes the lope, and there is more than 1 way to get the same overlap.
A 240/240 cam on a 112 lsa has teh same over lap as a 228/228 cam on a 107 LSA but they would both idle identicle with the same lope, but one is 12 degrees bigger. Like everyone is saying, there is no way to tell how big the cam is by hearing it lope in a video.
