what was your difference in quarter times of dyno's after a mid-length header install?

I saw 40rwhp on the dyno when I changing to AS&M headers with dual high flow cats from stock manifolds and a single stock cat. However, I had an S-trim at the time. The gains would not be as large on most NA setups.

I never dynoed but at the track, but after the addition of ASM Headers, Random Tech Cat, and Random Tech Cat Back over an all stock exhaust with a gutted cat and flowmaster muffler, I saw a consistent and much repeated .5 seconds and 5 mph gains.
