Oily Spark Plug?

Alright, what would cause a spark plug to look like this

All the other plugs look normal, no oily residue on them. This plug is on the drivers side. Its clean where the boot goes but oily between the boot and the block. I was going to take it out and look at it but I dont currently have a spark plug socket.

The rings might be seaping oil slowly and that might be leaking through the threads on the plug. Hard to tell if you don't take the plug out. Once it's out, stick you're finger in there and feel around, if you have oil on your finger thats bad

valve seal or ring usually makes oil on the inside of the plug, is the plug loose?

I wish I had a clean shot of my plugs like that! Pull the plug, is it oil fouled?

I'm going through something similar to this, my rings were in fact washed.
