hello i have an aftermarket oil pump my dad bought dont know the brand but is says made in the USA do i still need that nylon spacer thing?? didnt seem to find it when i pulled the motor apart. also if anyone knows where to get one that would be great and lastly im missing the oil pump bolt anyone know the thead and bolt size?

 

If your talking about the little nylon coupler I bought 2 of them at advance auto parts. Oil pump bolt is 7/16"-14 x 2 3/4".

 

Spacer thing? Do you mean the coupler for the shaft to the pump? Yeah, you need one, or better yet, buy a shaft with a metal coupler. http://shbox.com/1/op_shaft.jpg
