oil pressure higher now

i have done the heatercore bypass till i get my heatercore in and now my oil pressure is a tad on the higher side? would the bypass be casuing this? if not what else could be causing it?

Not related. Oil pressure will vary based on temperature and oil weight. A "tad" higher doesn't sound like something to be concerned about.
