I dont know what the technical name of them are, but there is an oil passage hole in the block that passes through where the distributer (old style) or the black plastic thing that turns your oil pump off the cam (opti style) goes into. I was just curious what that particular pasage fed....is it a main oil line, or does it feed one side of the heads?
