Since there is no oil under pressure in the head, I would have to guess you are seeing a blown head gasket?

Blown headgasket ...

I don't like the sounds of that Shoebox....

Is it possible for it to be something Minor? The car performs fine... no puddles of oil in the driveway... or water pouring out the exahuaust... But there's oil soaking the front of my tranmission... and my Starter is drenched in it.

Can that still be a Blown head gasket? Maybe a Minor leak or something? .....

Are you positive it is from the head and not valve cover? Clean it all up and check it to make sure

Im gonna go with valve cover gasket too. Or MAYYYYBE the intake is leaking at the front of the valley and splashing back, but i doubt it big time. I cant see it being a head gasket at all, theres no oil under pressure in the heads near the head gasket like you said.
