oh my ohms

If you switch injectors and your original injectors were 11-18 ohms and the new ones are 14.4 ohms does this need pcm recalibration?

Not for that - they are still high impedance. If they are rated for more fuel, then you have to adjust that and also if the turn on times are different, you have to adjust for that.
