My car runs fine rolling but if you try to stop and punch it it like spudders real bad like its doggin down then gets some rpm up and takes off, any clue on this and if its optispark my freinds got one off of his 96 camaro but how do you change vented to non vented? if thats the problem

 

yup sounds like an opti

there is quite a bit involved in converting to a non vented unit just do a cam swap while your at it

like i said theres a lot involved i just put a re-man on from auto zone and it has given me 0 problems in 40k

 

Before you go swapping optis, do the easy stuff first. Mainly plugs and wires. Thats what i did and it saved me from a costly non needed opti replacement.
