Occational Stall at stop light

Now it won't turn over
Got in the Camaro this morning so I could drive to work and although I could feel the starter try, the engine would not turn over. I think I have coolant in the engine.... maybe that was also causing mis-firing. I'll check coolant level and oil when I get home (didn't have time this morning). Sheeesh.
UPDATE: Checked coolant; it's way down... LT1 magically appears to have more oil.
Motor is hydrolocked.
