OBD2 inspection with heavily modded 383 Stroker
I am getting ready to go through inspection in Delaware with an OBD2 97 Z-28. Bryan from PCM4Less said DE only allows one item to be in a not ready state. I have the smog pump removed and the EGR. I am running O2 simulators in the rear banks. Would it be possible to just plug in the smog pump and not hook up the piping to pass? Will it throw a code?
