O2 sim question

Holy cow you guys have me pumped up . It was SO weird because everything you said is related to problems with my car that I know about. The alternator is acting funny, lol....so I have a new 200amp one on the way ( it doesnt like the underdrive pulley with my stereo amp ).....and I think all the o2 sensor stuff was caused from my intake elbow being 1/3 of the way off the t.b. (when I installed my air foil my buddy put it back on for me and left the bottom flipped under and it was sucking ALOT of air from in front of the t.b. and not the filter). That would explain the low MAF ( I got a new MAF in the mail too....considering the screen is out of mine ;and from reading threads on this site I want an unmolested MAF anyway).....would that affect the egr not working properly too.....and maybe causing the motor to run SUPER rich and contaminating the manifold sensor?! I will do the side to side switch, but the SES light turned off two days ago and has stayed off for over 100 miles......so I hope everything just finally reset. THANKS ALOT FRED AND DAVE you two seriously helped me learn alot
