O2 sensor question

Alright, a few days ago the vacuum hose to my fuel pressure regulator got a hole burnt in it. This caused my car to run rich and I fouled a couple plugs. I have since put new plugs in but the car still runs rich in all but WOT. I think my O2 sensors might have got fouled by the rich condition. My question is can I just take them out and clean them with carb cleaner or something or will I have to get new ones. Thanks

Well how many miles are on the 02s'? If there's over 50,000, I would say get a fresh set on. I have removed my set and cleaned them up once. All I did was use a wire brush and a heat torch to remove carbon build up. Reinstall them back on without any problems.
