o2 sensor locations

o2 sensor locations

Where are they all located on a 96 Z28
i did an OBDI swap and i get a code from the passenger side o2 sensor...
Is it the square plug or the more rectangle plug that i must plug that one into?
b/c i do have it plugged into the square one..

You need to connect the PCM to the pre-cat sensor. That will be higher up on the Y-pipe branch, before the cat. Do not connect anything to the sensor after the cat.

yeah i connected that one right into the header from the o2 sensor right near the middle spark plugs on that side

The sensors with the square connector are the post cat O2s. Since you did an OBD-I swap, they are completely ignored. Only the pre cat ones with the flat connectors are used with OBD-I.

any idea where they are located on the passenger side?
i cant seem to find em!?
