O2 sensor extensions?

I'm installing my Hooker LT's on Friday and I'm trying to make sure that I have everything. I will not be running the cat's so do I need the o2 sensors. My new tune will exclude the EGR and the AIR systems. Maybe I am just a little confused. If I need them, do I need extensions with long tube headers? If so where can I get them fast? For some reason I am thinking that the os sensors are not needed in my application.

The front O2 sensors are needed. You will be deleting the post cat sensors.
I know in my Pacesetter kit it came with the wires and krimps to make your own extensions.

But you will need two 12" or 24" extensions because with longtubes, the O2 sensors are moved back.

Re: O2 sensor extensions?

As already mentioned, you need the front two 02 sensors. The rears however, you do not need and you can delete them via tuning or by buying a pair of 02 simulators which will run about 90 bucks. You can get the 02 harness extensions from Thunder Racing, Summit, or Jegs and they run around 20 bucks a harness.
