Question o2 extension install

i ordered o2 extensions for my longtube install. but i cut the o2 wires before-hand thinking i could just splice them. my question is, will will the extensions replace the cut part? (i cut them right next to the o2 sensor) or do i have to buy new o2's? read my "longtube through the windshield" post for any questions regarding why i cut them. ill tell you now im impatient and now im paying for it. thanks for the help.

you don't need to cut the wires to put the extensions in. They plug right into your factory harness and plug right into the new O2's. I would put the plug back on the O2 sensor or order new ones. I have heard cutting the wires and splicing them back together can through off the BLMS.

I ordered summit part numbers:

CEI-104032 (1)

CEI-109011 (2)

are these the right parts, and will they work?

The O2 extensions plug into the flat black connector. If you cut them I would probably get new ones. I did this myself also and I wish I would have just gotten the extensions in the first place. Just my .02....
