winding turning noise after cam install

After my cam install which included a double roller timiming chain, electric water pump and new 95 vented opti and cover i am getting a winding turning noise. I know its very hard to describe a noise by typing but i thought someone may have an idea. Is there ever an instance that a double roller may have a clearance issue with the above set up? I changed the oil today and found some very small metal shavings on my magnetic drain plug. Isthere ay thing else i could have screwwed up? This was my 1st cam install.
thanks,

I think that sound is common. I got it too after my install. Someone once described it as a "sewing machine" noise.

Don't know about the shavings

I remember reading here that some people need to do some slight clearancing on the timing cover to clear the double roller chain. It was supposed to be really minor. I would do it by smearing some heavy grease on the front of the timing chain and then installing the cover without the gasket. That way, any part of the cover close to the chain would have grease on it. By not using the gasket, you'd be double sure that nothing was rubbing.
