Not the typical question for headers....
Not the typical question for headers....
I've got a 97 Z with dual cats, but in my mind, I can see this setup on my car:
MAC mid-length headers for 94-95 cars with single cat leading to Hooker catback exhaust. I would use O2 simms for the side where a cat would be missing.
Is this possible, or do I NEED to have both cats. I will have to pass Dallas emissions, so I can't go ORY (unless you know of a hookup--PM me!
) Trying to go cheap as possible, that's why I'm cutting out the other cat.
Thanks!
Jeremy

Re: Not the typical question for headers....
With O2 sims you dont need any cats because their fucntion is tell the PCM that the cats are working fine.
