The two codes contradict each other, and may have been set at different times. Clear them (pull "PCM BAT" fuse for 30 seconds) and see which one comes back.
DTC 63 indicates an open circuit on the sensing element of the passenger side O2 sensor. That could be a wire or the sensor. The code sets for a steady signal between 350 - 550mV for more than 60 seconds.
DTC 64 indicates a steady lean reading on the passenger side O2 sensor. The code sets for the signal staying below 200mV for more than 50 seconds.
As you can see, there is a conflict on the voltage that sets the two codes.
