Question Is this normal

Well I finally got my cam in and it's running pretty good but it almost seems like the car hicups (only way I can think to define it..haha) at a steady throttle, it's just barely noticable but it's none the less there. Someone told me this was cam surge from the cam and can be fixed by putting in a stall. I need the stall anyways so if it fixes the problem great, but i'm doubtful. Can anyone shed some insight or similar problems

Might want to mention what cam you installed, and who (if anyone) did the tuning for it.

if it is cam surge, you can get rid of it by getting your car tuned, stall wont fix it.

oh yea, sorry about that. xe 230/236 112lsa, tuning by pcm4less. under normal acceleration it seems fine. Just like 3krpms and under. The lower the rpms it gets slightly worse. I'm almost posotive it's gotta be cam surge. Although it does sound like i have a rocker on the passenger side that might be loose..i'm gonna check that out but i doubt that would cause a similar problem.
