No Start DTC 41

No Start DTC 41
Car would not start so I replaced the Opti and the car fired up and ran great for a couple of minutes. Then would not restart.
Checked the wiring to the opti and found the harness broke and may not have been making good contact so I ordered a new one. Installed the new harness and it ran great. Daughter took it for a drive and it would not restart. Dragged it home to the garage and am stumped. BTW, it does have fuel, (40 psi at rail and you can smell it when cranking).
Pulled codes tonight and it threw a 41 IC Circuit open. I only have book 1 of the service manual, so can anyone help me with the test for this code?
Also, I had a spare coil and ICM and tried both with the same no start...
