Today, i was cleaning all my grounds and checking all electrical connections. I went to start my car, it started, then turned off. i went to start it again and nothing. i have no power to anything. no fuses are blown and the bat. reading 12.63 volts. i checked and rechecked everything i messed with. what could be the problem?

for some reason, the two seperate wires under the red plastic positive case were not conducting. i just moved the two together and everything was fine. kind of strange.
