yeah Ive set tons of rockers while the eng. is running. and, with the poly locks, they do stop turning once you hit zero lash. dont forget though, after it gets loose, and start clacking, to let it clack for a few sec.s to make sure the lifter fully pumps up before you try to add preload. but glad to hear thats all it was.

I was totaly convinced I should sell it before, not so sure now. if someone happens to see my sig and comes to see it as it is whatever. but for now I'll just let it sit in the garage till I make up my mind again, or get enough free time to actually go out there and finish it again. de-modding sucks. although I am very excited for my next project. Iroc drag car. my 383 engine huge solid roller, single plane intake, big-ol-carb on top.
