Angry No oil pressure after clutch swap...

I just got a new clutch and rear main seal intalled (myself) yesterday. When I started the car up, I noticed that the oil pressure guage was reading in the red line at idle and about 10psi at the max whenever I revved it (maybe 5500). This confuses me because the previous day I got readings from like 20psi to over 40psi at redline. What the heck is wrong?

low oil pressure

You may check your oil pressure sending unit. I found split half way through the resistive sending unit portion and didn't leak oil but had low oil pressure readings and after $30 and 10 min. that fixed the problem.
