No OIL PRESSURE

Its been awhile but after the 94Z sat for a year I decided to pull the motor out AGAIN, the reason for pulling it is that I'm losing all oil pressure after the motor heats up, when first started I am at about 40psi after about 5-10mins when the temp gauge starts to read I lose all oil pressure, and only about 3-5psi when I rev it up. I have a few ideas of what it is but I've been wrong several times in the past, PLEASE HELP...

-what should I check first?

p.s. I used a mechanical gauge so its not the electrical gauge, the little ball for the oil gally has been installed, oil pump is working, pickup is welded on with good clearence. for the most part stock replacement parts, bigger cam than stock, motor was completely rebuilt 1 year ago and hasnt been driven since just started to keep from seizing. PLEASE HELP...

I know it`s a drag then know one reply`s. So just a thought maybe leak in oil galley a plug not screw in right or bad oil pump? Pressure when it`s cold oil is thick hot thin`s out. You should have more than 40 psi cold I run stock pump cold I have 60. Sorry I don`t have any other suggestion`s. good luck!

Thanks, I already have the motor out just have to find a shop that will take a look at the bearings, I'm in W.P.B. florida if anyone know of a shop. I dont have the time right now to do it myself. Got the motor out in 4 hours with one helper, NOT BAD.
Thanks Again

Is the motor on a stand? It's as easy as removing the oil pan.
