Angry no heat and cooling fans dont work

I just replaced my water pump and now I have no heat and cooling fans dont work. Also my car over heats. I put in new water pump, new thermastat and new temp. switch so whats the problem please help

Happened to me when I put a new thermotat in. I kept bleeding it and it burped out some air and the temp dropped and the coolant level dropped. I topped off the coolant and it was fine. I am guessing you have air in the pump preventing the CTS from getting a good reading.

yeah, I bleed the system and still have this problem and would air in the system not alow the fans to come on and no heat. I know the thermostat is opening.

Was the t'stat the one specifically required for the LT1, not the generic SBC model?

Did you put the water pump drive shaft back in correctly?
