nitrous pistons

Ok guys this has been beat to death i'm sure but I'm going to post it over in the N20 section also. I'm figuring out my build and I'll list where I'm at and going to try and give the clearest picture I can..

383 splayed main caps plus gridle using a compustar crank 3.750 H-beam rods shooting for a 12.0 +/- comp on a zero decked block with a set of le3 or AI heads haven't decided yet.

Pistons??? Thought Mahle were good but I'm going to put at least 200hp of hose in it with a max being 300. After searching the forum I can't really find anyone recommending these so then I thought about SRP but to much silca in them afarid I'll split them in half, so what would my next good "nitrous" piston be without busting the bank wide open..
I'll work out a custom grind cam for the nitrous with who I land on for the heads.. It going to be a full weight car auto with a 4k stall and 3.73 gears and all the other goodies that come along with it. Its not a DD but will see street time going to cruise in and what not Its not going to be beat to death everyweekend at the track but I will drop the hammer hard on it when I need to... Probaly said to much but the pistons are whats stumping me right now If anyone has a similar setup or experence let me know thanks for you time and input

I've always been a fan of Wiseco pistons.

JE, Ross, Diamond.

A big part of it is the ring gap.

well I thought diamond too but they don't have a -5cc piston is only rated to 150hp for nitrous , Ross pistons will blow that bank But I haven't look that hard into the JE's

I'm really not looking for a custom piston I want something off the shelf its got to be out there

Call NOS Nelson at Arias Pistons, they make a great slug for the juice.

I chose diamond nitrous pistons on my build. I am building a similar combo and spraying a max of 250. My pistons were custom for my combination and were matched to obtain the compression I needed. I had my pistons in less than 6 days including shipping time from the time I placed my order. The pistons look great and I would recommend the company to anyone. Talk to Nick D'Agostino he will hook you up. Although, I would buy my heads first and estimate what head gasket you are going to use before ordering to get the desired compression ratio.

BTW, the pistons, plasma moly rings, pins ,clips etc were $1062 shipped.
