Nitorious LT1 stumble, whatcha think?

Well, I just had my rear main seal replaced and have blown both head gaskets which still needs repair. What I dont understand is before I took the car in to get it fixed, it was leaking oil pretty bad but drove just fine. Now, the day after I get it back from the shop, its starting to hesitate and stumble especially on inclines. Im gonna start by checking out my plugs and wires and go from there. I do have 75k miles on her so Im sure it could be any number of things. Could this hesitation be attributed to the leaking head gaskets? I dont see how thats possible as theyve probably been blown for quite some time and the car drove great until she made it back from the shop. Any thoughts?

Pull the EGR and see what it looks like. While your there, see if it looks like you received new intake gaskets.

When you see how much crud and filth are on the EGR, ask yourself How can a shop remove the intake and not even bother to clean the thing or it's components before putting it back on.

If that's not it, look for vacuum leaks or cracked hoses.

Get the IAC counts at hot idle.
