New xfi cam

I'm thinking of going with this cam for my car. (218/224 .570/.565 113lsa) It'll be on stock heads and I want good power and driveability. Anyone ever try this or have any thoughts/recommedations on this cam or a cam I should consider? Any input is appreciated. I'm trying to narrow down a cam that would be best for stock heads. Thanks.

Re: New xfi cam

Its been my experience with a LSA that is wider than 112, that you will lose a little torque off of the low end to gain in the mid to upper rpm band for horsepower.

That cam looks good on the surface, something that should work well n/a or with a turbo/blower or even an n/a nitrous combo. Just bear in mind having a good exhaust and bolt on setup + head work will yeild better results. Also a decent tune will never hurt.

If I wasnt going with Bret Bauer with my custom cam, i would seriously consider these setups, due to the fact i have emissions. The lower duration should help me.
