New or user opti???

I am going to replace the opti on my car to see if it will correct the mis. One is the something that can me done in a couple of hours and two should I get a used one for 50 or just buy a new one?

NEW is the only way to go after that much work. worth the 175 from GM. The stock replacement is fine.
