I run 9.1 in the 1/8th, and pull a 99 mph in the quarter...and thats when my car was bone stock. If you have all the bolt-ons, you should be at least running low low 13's at 106-108.
Maybe there is somehing that needs to be diagnosed.

I have friend that has a 95 z28 A4
has jet hot LT's, mufflex offroad, cut out, flowmaster muffler, CAI, 160 stat, BMR panhard bar, with the weather the way it was last Saturday he was running 13.9's @ 99 w/ 60' 2.1, he cut a 13.8@98 w/ 60' 2.0, the weather was 88* with an 80% humidity...get some cooler weather you'll see those ET's come down and your MPH's go up...

that's a bit comforting
i'm gonna replace my old worn out 02's and go back in a few weeks. maybe even an lt4 km..
