Check out the track he was at guys.
sixty foots could be improved but I don,t think its that bad for the track you were at.
Bandimere is near Denver isnt it? Thin air up there.

If the Baro. you supplied is not a misprint then I would say the numbers are ok. That is some really thin air. A bad day here in Jersey is low 29's.

Do you have any stock numbers to compare to? Colorado is up there, but I would expect the car to run anywhere from 108 - 112 with a hotcam kit, and to take away at least 11 mph is alot for air. I would haphazardly guess the car should be running 14.0s at 100 at least. If you know the DA there, I think you can do a correction for what it would be at sea level. That might help to compare as well.

Looked up elevation for Bandimere. 5830 ft. Corrected to sea level using http://www.rfedd.bigstep.com/generic.html?pid=97 this as a corrector, it is equivalent to a 13.4 @ 104.8. I would expect a bit more from a heads/cam car, but the correction isn't necessarily 100% accurate.

i ran 15.0 the last time with almost the same condition.. that was before the hotcam kit and 3.73..

but the problem is that this is with the tunning.. not major tunning, but just simple one, there is lot of white smoke.. and when the car is on drive it idels at 600.. and when u crusing at 1800 rpm u can feel the car kind of hesitating..

what do u think wrong...

All right, maybe I was a bit premature to think it was not that bad.
Bandimere is still thin air but have you had any tuning done besides the HPP?
See if you can get someone familiar with your area to tune it for you. Maybe a dyno tune in your area so it will be tuned in the air you will be running in.
Maybe see if you can get a scanner on it and see what the comp is doing.

Perfect example of what i have seen from just about all of the XE cammed cars. The XE cams seem to just blow in these cars. That is ridiculously slow for heads/cam unless you are also in Denver.

i hope you are kidding. the XE224/230 isnt that much larger than the hotcam AND he has home ported heads. 109 mph is really good if you ask me, especially with heads that probably dont flow more than unworked LT4 castings.

See sig - stock heads, stock tuning in the heat of AZ. I STILL haven't seen good numbers out of the XE grinds.

In good weather at sea level, your car would be running low 13's@106-107 MPH.
