new starter twice and car fails

here is the deal! i took my car to a engine wash, after it was done, the car would not start. so i took it to my home by pushing the car and starting it on 2nd gear and bought a new starter, installed it and it worked fine, two days later the starter fails! i took it off and exchanged it for a new one at the local store, went home and installed it and it worked fine, it has been a week and today the car didn;t start, i pushed it and i got it on, went to work, and it work, went on my lunch and it worked now i just tryed to get it on and it won't start! anybody had this problem? i highly doubt that is a bad starter or connections they are all new. thanks

efrain
